Why recycle clothes, if they are ready to be re-used?

Recycling clothes is certainly better than throwing them away to landfill sites - but there is a step we can take before the recycling process.

Recycling would mean using machinery, electricity/power and labour to re-make the clothes into new ones. But why go through all this process if the clothes don’t need to be recycled, and they are ready to be worn and re-used by somebody today?

This way, we would skip the massive process of making new clothes and the work that comes with that, for an even better result! This is what we are all about. Re-using is the most sustainable and simple method to extending the life of all clothes. All that is left is for us is to distribute the clothes to different regions around the world.

How does it work?

Bag up your unwanted clothing items

Please make sure your donations are in a clean & in re-wearable condition. For full details on what we can accept, please visit this page for more information.

Fill in the book a collection form

Simply select one of the charities on our homepage, fill out the form for your chosen charity, filling in all necessary information. We will ask for a phone number and email address, so make sure these are correct.

Wait for us to confirm the collection date and time

We will receive your form and process it as quickly as we can, and will look at our calendar for availability.

Look out for a text & email from us to confirm

Once we have checked that your date and time are available, we will send you a text and email confirmation. Please look out for these, as you will be asked to confirm back. Please check your spam folder just incase.

We collect your donations from your property

We will come along on the confirmed date/time with our branded van to collect your donations, from the location set in the book a collection form. You items are on their way to those who need them!

Your donated items make money for charity

We will sell the second-hand clothing/textiles to generate funds for charities, whilst also providing quality used & affordable clothing in Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. Your charity will then receive a minimum of £200 per ton collected.
