Please expect an SMS text message and email to the number/email address you have provided, to where you will need to follow the instructions to confirm your collection. Please note the email may occasionally go to your spam folder. In the same text message you will receive a track your order link.
We will get back to you as soon as possible during our working hours:
9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
10am-3pm Saturday
All collection requests must be confirmed for the collection to happen, so please let us know.
