How does it work?

Bag up your unwanted clothing items

Please make sure your donations are in a clean & in re-wearable condition. For full details on what we can accept, please visit this page for more information.

Fill in the book a collection form

Simply select one of the charities on our homepage, fill out the form for your chosen charity, filling in all necessary information. We will ask for a phone number and email address, so make sure these are correct.

Wait for us to confirm the collection date and time

We will receive your form and process it as quickly as we can, and will look at our calendar for availability.

Look out for a text & email from us to confirm

Once we have checked that your date and time are available, we will send you a text and email confirmation. Please look out for these, as you will be asked to confirm back. Please check your spam folder just incase.

We collect your donations from your property

We will come along on the confirmed date/time with our branded van to collect your donations, from the location set in the book a collection form. You items are on their way to those who need them!

Your donated items make money for charity

We will sell the second-hand clothing/textiles to generate funds for charities, whilst also providing quality used & affordable clothing in Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. Your charity will then receive a minimum of £200 per ton collected.

What a fabulous company really takes the strain out of donating with their amazing collection service. Booked the collection and driver arrived as promised and customer service is great. Being able to chose who you want to donate to is a great idea, although all the causes they support are extremely worthwhile. Will definitely be using again!

Very reliable company. It was easy to schedule a free pick up online. They give you tracking details too so you’ll know exactly when the driver will arrive. But you can also leave your donation bags outside your door and they’ll still collect it. Then after collection, they’ll text and email you to confirm. Highly recommended.

Great concept and service 👌🏼They collect from your door and you can leave it somewhere safe if you're not gonna be home. They provide you with tracking within the collection timeframe and collection has always been on time. I have booked 2 successful collections so far and will be planning a 3rd in the coming weeks. Recommended

I have used this company a few times now, and it has always been straight forward to arrange the collection on the day you require. They then notify you of times for the collection and never fail to meet that time! I highly recommend them.

Great and super easy service to use. Booked a collection slot online, then confirmed via email. The collection driver came on time and I could also track their position on the map to have a rough idea when they might be coming. Overall, would definitely recommend if you have some unwanted clothes in your house, plus it’s a great way to help those in need. ❤️

So easy to do. One phone call after choosing a charity from the list, confirm text and done. Very fast collected next day and 40+ bags needed to go. Driver on time and love the tracking ability. Top tier experience! I wanted to look for the closest clothes bin to donate 7 big bags of clothes but it was going to be difficult and probably take a few days to complete. I found C4CC online (Sunday evening) and they got back to me straight away with a collection date and time. Tuesday morning comes and I could track where the driver was, they even sent a text approx 30mins before the ETA which was very helpful. I live on the third floor, no lift. I was with my baby nephew but tried to help by leaving the bags on the 2nd floor landing. I felt so bad not being able to take them downstairs but the man was very polite and efficient and those were some heavy bags! The service was amazing that even my mum wanted to donate as well. They came the next day for my mums bags and once again, a great experience!They also give you a variety of charities to choose from to donate your stuff or if you would prefer for them to choose for you. I am looking forward to donating more now that I know their service exists, the process is a lot easier as looking for clothes bins/transport etc can be a difficult task for many of us.Will definately use their service again and 100% recommend, thank you so much once again! 🙂

Really easy website and collection was organised for the next day. I was able to track the collection from the morning until my times lot and they picked up the bags from my porch super simply. Super effective and will definitely be using again.

Absolutely brilliant! Amazing service, they were on time came to my front door and took all the bags and shoes I had left. I ensured everything was in good condition too, the least I could do. Easy to organise a collection online andemail confirmation of date/time came through within a few days. On the day, I was kept informed of the arrival of the driver. He was friendly and polite, and he loaded the bags and boxes quickly. Excellent service, quick and easy to arrange.

FAQs

Anything from black plastic bin bags, boxes, to suitcases. It really doesn’t matter, as long as our driver can carry it to the van.
As long as the items meet our requirements, there is no limit. All clothes and donations must be in good re-useable condition and shoes must be paired.
It helps if the clothes are washed however it is not a requirement.
You must have at least 2 large bin bags full of clothing. If you don’t have enough, it might be worth a try to ask relatives, friends or colleagues If they want to help out too.
Typically collections occur between 8am and 5pm. Occasionally after 5pm if the driver is behind schedule.
We will try to complete your collection as soon as we can. Typically any time from next day till about 4 working days depending on demand in your area.
All collected clothes are exported from the UK, instead of ending up on Landfill sites. The clothes are exported to countries with less access to affordable clothing. Through the sale of these clothes, money is fundraised and given to our charities on a monthly basis, £200 donated per 1 tonne of clothes collected.
